Job summary

Lip Lab is seeking a Part-Time Parties & Guest Experience Lead for the Upper East Side. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, managing party events, and coordinating with store leadership to ensure smooth operations.

The position requires strong leadership, experience in guest services, and proficiency with POS systems. Join a dynamic, inclusive team and help create memorable lip experience for guests in a vibrant retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest services, hospitality, retail leadership, or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and delegation skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience working in an appointment-based business and managing related systems.
• Ability to coach and partner with management on training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique, engaging guest experience from start to finish.
• Confirm reservations, welcome guests, manage appointment flow, and support guest reservations.
• Host parties and lead party experiences to ensure they are organized and aligned with Lip Lab standards.
• Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to meet service expectations and goals.
• Manage appointment systems and coordinate with leadership to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee party booking, scheduling, and invoicing for a seamless guest and team experience.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed to oversee floor operations.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly goals and support team coaching and development.
• Contribute to a positive team culture through service, collaboration, and accountability.
