Job summary

Lip Lab on the Upper East Side is seeking a Part Time Parties and Guest Experience Lead to deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage appointment flow. You will host parties, coordinate with leadership, and ensure Lip Lab service standards are met for a memorable guest journey.

The role requires at least 2 years in guest services or retail leadership, strong communication, multitasking ability, and proficiency with POS systems and office tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in guest services, hospitality, retail leadership, or similar customer-facing environment.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and delegation skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Docs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique, engaging guest experience from start to finish.
• Confirm reservations, welcome guests, manage appointment flow, support reservations.
• Host parties and lead party experiences to ensure alignment with Lip Lab standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to meet service expectations and business goals.
• Support appointment management and coordination with leadership.
• Oversee the party booking process including communication, scheduling, and invoicing.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed to oversee floor operations.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly goals and coach the team as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team culture through service, collaboration, and accountability.
