Job summary

Inn at SentryWorld in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, seeks a Full-time Outfitter Attendant to assist guests with rentals and provide recommendations on recreational activities, dining, and local events. You will welcome guests, promote SentryWorld facilities, and help connect guests with a great local experience.

The role requires a 21+ age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willing to work nonstandard hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve as primary contact for information about SentryWorld facilities.
• Promote services, activities, and amenities to increase guest utilization.
• Assist guests with rentals and answer questions about merchandise and items for purchase.
• Register and assist guests with equipment rentals, activities and services.
