Job summary

SentryWorld is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to join The Inn at SentryWorld in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. You will deliver a premium guest experience with a friendly check-in process, room assignment, and information on local amenities.

The role requires 21+ with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and and at least 1 year of customer service. Nonstandard hours including nights and weekends are required. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Positive and upbeat personality.
• Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work nonstandard hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a friendly and efficient check-in, verify information, assign rooms, issue keys, and provide directions.
• Explain hotel policies, services, amenities, and promotions to guests in person or by phone.
• Assist guests with check-out and process payments and charges to guest accounts.
• Balance all cash, credit card, and check transactions at the end of each shift.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate to management when needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance on room counts, status, and special requests.
