Job summary

SentryWorld in Stevens Point, Wisconsin seeks an Outfitter Attendant to warmly greet guests, promote facilities and services, and assist with merchandise and rentals. You’ll help guests rent equipment, answer questions, and maintain a clean outfitter environment to ensure memorable Wisconsin hospitality.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work nonstandard hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local areas and roads.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Satisfactory completion of post offer pre-employment screen.
• Ability to work nonstandard hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promote SentryWorld facilities and services.
• Assist guests with merchandise inquiries and rentals.
• Maintain a clean, organized Outfitter.
• Register guests for equipment rentals and activities.
• Explain usage of rental equipment like bikes, skis, fishing gear.
• Encourage increased guest utilization of facilities.
