Job summary

Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a diligent LIME Manager to oversee restaurant operations in Florida. You will manage daily sales reviews, cost analysis, staff recruiting and training, customer relations, purchasing, inventory, compliance, and community relations alongside the GM to ensure smooth daily routines and superior service.

You will lead shifts, maintain food quality, and drive financial and operational goals while delivering an exceptional Lime dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Complete Lime Basic Training course
• 21+ years old
• Language proficiency for trading area
• 2+ years front-of-house leadership or equivalent
• Math skills; cash register / POS
• Stand up to 8 hours
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stamina for 50 hours/week
• Travel up to 4 weeks for training

Responsibilities

• Interface with guests to ensure a Lime experience.
• Understand all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and training programs.
• Ensure high quality food prepared and served to standards.
• Help restaurant achieve sales, service, quality, and sanitation goals.
• Train and develop new staff.
• Work with GM on employment decisions.
• Order and inventory stock and supplies.
• Lead shifts as needed.
• Ensure timely performance appraisals and policy compliance.
• Adhere to federal, state, local health and safety regulations.
