Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, and bowling operations across shifts. You will flex into roles as needed and build a team that delivers hospitality without being asked twice.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, control labor and costs, and maintain guest satisfaction with a floor-first leadership style. Expect a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant, hospitality or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and build consistent teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through service, upselling, guest engagement and events.
• Recruit, train, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor, food cost, inventory and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH/BOH on floor and resolve guest issues in real time.
• Ensure center readiness during peak shifts.
