Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across shifts, building a high-performing team that delivers hospitality excellence.

You will drive sales, manage labor and costs, and ensure guest-ready service on busy nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires a hands-on leader who can optimize guest experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume food & beverage operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build teams that deliver it consistently.
• Experience training and developing hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong read on guest experience.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L contribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade, maintaining service flow and hospitality standards every shift.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that meet company standards and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Own labor management, cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor, resolve guest issues in real time, reinforce accountability.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
