Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across shifts. You will flex into roles as needed and build a strong team that delivers hospitality excellence.

You will drive revenue through guest engagement, upsell opportunities, and events while managing labor, costs, inventory, and daily financial targets on a fast-paced floor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-volume food and beverage operations.
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and build teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style focused on guest experience.
• Strong financial acumen including labor, cost control, inventory, and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily F&B, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade operations, maintaining service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that meet standards and serve guests well.
• Own labor management, food and beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily targets.
• Stay on floor supporting FOH and BOH, resolve guest issues in real time, reinforce accountability.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready through high-volume shifts.
