Job summary

Hershey Entertainment and Resorts is seeking a Full-Time Guest Experience Leader for Hersheypark to oversee daily operations and department training. You will help ensure consistent guest service across Hersheypark, ZooAmerica, and seasonal events.

The role requires at least 2 years in related roles, 1+ year supervision, a valid driver's license, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Competitive benefits and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Industry Experience - Amusement Park, Hospitality/Tourism
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Drivers' License
• Relevant work experience can be substituted for education - 3 years

Responsibilities

• Experience operations by monitoring staffing levels and assigning staff to adapt to business needs. Direct and coach employees for Hersheypark, ZooAmerica, and Sweet Lights.
• Serve as Manager on Duty for the department and respond to guest and staff escalations. Provide coverage for Guest Experience SweetCore Supervisor shifts as needed.
• Provide training for the Hersheypark Guest Experience department employees while providing feedback to department leaders on ways to improve content and programming.
• Assist with guest recovery by maintaining a presence within the Guest Experience department and handling escalated issues.
• Lead off-season daily operations and assist with creating training components under department leadership's direction to prepare for in-season operations.
• Monitor labor and expenses with organizational audit standards to secure all company assets. Perform other duties as assigned.
