LOCAL Public Eatery in Dallas seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver memorable hospitality for guests and partners. You will mentor staff, drive service quality, and partner with leadership to grow the business.

This role emphasizes coaching, daily operations, safety compliance, and guest experience. You will help recruit, retain, and develop talent while upholding our community, warmth, and value-driven brand.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years leadership experience in hospitality; strong coaching ability.
• Must have or obtain valid local Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team through exemplary leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly, attentive service throughout dining.
• Resolve service issues with urgency, poise, and good judgment.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, COGS, and labor.
• Supervise service standards and coach for impact.
• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
• Fulfill recruitment needs and retain your team.
• Support training and development of technical knowledge.
• Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams.
• Follow all food/alcohol safety precautions and procedures.
