Galaxy Theatres in The Colony, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, support the General Manager, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced cinema environment.

You will supervise team members, assist in hiring and training, manage concessions and reports, and promote a welcoming, clean, and safe theatre. Flexibility in schedule and strong communication are essential to success.

• Promote a welcoming, clean, and safe theatre environment.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports.
• Manage concession operations including inventory, ordering, food prep, and sales growth.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of theatre equipment.
• Lead by example in guest service, teamwork and problem-solving.
