Job summary

Regal Cinemas seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily theatre operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll develop the team, manage scheduling, and support the GM with performance and promotions.

You’ll train staff, supervise shifts, handle cash and inventory, and ensure safety and compliance across theater duties, from projection to concessions, while maintaining top guest satisfaction and smooth show times.

Qualifications

• 3 months of supervisory experience OR 6 months theatre experience
• Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service if applicable
• Must complete all required Regal training and certification programs

Responsibilities

• Lead daily theatre operations, ensuring strong staff performance and exceptional guest experience
• Performing all staff positions required
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards and certifications
• Train, coach, and supervise team members with GM oversight
• Maintain high guest satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly
• Oversee cash handling, reporting, inventory, cost control, and profitability support
• Manage theatre operations and facilities including projection and AV systems
• Marketing and promotions of feature film engagements; schedule show times and distribute to channels
