Job summary

Qualifications

• Physical stamina for 95% standing, moving tables, chairs, and serving areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager in all phases of restaurant operations.
• Monitor service standards and SOP adherence among staff.
• Supervise guest service and respond to guest needs.
• Maintain cash handling and balance according to SOP.
• Communicate daily with the restaurant manager about events and counts.
• Help with menu classes and tastings.
