Qualifications

• Requires more than two years of post-high school education.
• College degree recommended.
• Experience in restaurant or hotel operations preferred.

• Ability to manage budgets and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead outlets to attract, retain, and develop staff; handle hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Implement company programs and manage the operations of the restaurant, room service and any other food and beverage outlet to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and local regulations.
• Forecast and control budgets to maximize revenue and minimize costs while ensuring adequate staffing.
• Respond to guest trends and issues to ensure a quality experience and future sales prospects.
• Create and implement promotions and displays to capture more in-house guests.
• Monitor sanitation and maintenance of the outlets and equipment to protect assets and ensure service quality.
