No prior experience is required—participants complete a 60-day certification program to start. The position emphasizes ownership, energy, and teamwork in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide excellent customer service and assist with member sign-ups and memberships.
• Wash Station Service: maintain wash area, operate equipment safely, and communicate operational issues.
• Convenience Station: engage customers and manage member accounts and changes.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting conditions.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers professionally and encourage Google reviews.
• Manage member accounts, including cancellations, plan changes, and overall member experience.
• Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• Empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain vacuum stations by checking for clogs and emptying canisters.
• Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks.
• General Duties: Maintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Clean and maintain the tunnel to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Prepare towels and other necessary materials to support daily operations.
