Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them through the wash experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized wash area and operate wash equipment safely.
• Assist with vehicle preparation and identify preexisting conditions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management about operational issues.
• Engage customers professionally at the Convenience Station and encourage reviews.
• Manage member accounts and assist with sign-ups, changes, and CX.
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
