Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking energetic associates to guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running at full speed, and make someone’s day brighter. The role is hands-on on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station, with a clear path from Associate to site manager for motivated teammates.

No experience required. A 60-day structured certification program sets you up from day one, and you’ll be active outdoors and ready to own the operation.

• Able to stand and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: provide excellent customer service and support membership growth.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures and operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: manage member accounts and encourage positive reviews.
• Stock and organize detail centers; maintain inventory accuracy.
• General duties: open/close, keep tunnel clean, and ensure a safe environment.
• Communicate with team and management about operational issues.
