Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is hiring for an Associate, a hands-on, fast-moving role on the lot, tunnel, and vacuum station. You guide guests through the wash experience, keep operations moving, and contribute to an outstanding customer day.

No experience is required; a 60-day certified program gets you up to speed. You will handle member sign-ups, changes, and account management while supporting sales and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; a 60-day structured certification program is provided.
• Ability to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
• Physically active with a hands-on approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Welcome Station and promote memberships.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and guidance.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.
• Maintain wash area safety and cleanliness; operate wash equipment safely.
• Communicate operational issues with teammates and management.
• Engage with customers at the Convenience Station to ensure a positive CX.
• Manage member accounts, including cancellations and plan changes.
