Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: provide excellent customer service and assist with member sign-ups and changes.
• Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely and keep the area clean and organized.
• Convenience Station: engage customers and manage member accounts including cancellations and plan changes.
• General site duties: open/close shifts, trash pickup, and maintain a safe environment.
