Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: provide friendly customer service and assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures, prep vehicles, operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers, manage member accounts and ensure a positive experience.
• General Duties: open/close duties, keep tunnels and work areas clean, support daily operations.
