You will keep pantries and shared spaces stocked, support reception, and help with event setups, ensuring a polished, guest-ready environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in hospitality or client-facing service, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in hospitality, conference services, catering or client-facing service in a corporate environment.
• Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage priorities and deliver polished experiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and workplace technology tools.

Aufgaben

• Maintain pantries, cafés, beverage stations, wellness rooms, and shared spaces.
• Conduct routine workplace inspections and floor audits.
• Monitor and replenish food, beverage, and workplace supplies.
• Provide coverage for reception and assist with inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Support meetings and events, including room readiness and catering coordination.
