Job summary

The Hertz Corporation in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service at the counter and resolve issues quickly with hospitality. You will serve as the primary NPS liaison for management, analyze results, and communicate improvements to the team.

Responsibilities include guiding staff on customer needs, coaching peers, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies while fostering a culture of empowerment and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales.
• Rental car experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Relationship building and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles and resolves customer issues at the counter with hospitality and professionalism.
• Serves as the primary Net Promoter Score (NPS) liaison for the management team, updating and communicating on all performance actions and decisions related to NPS.
• Analyzes NPS results to determine causes and executes plans to improve guest satisfaction.
• Ensures that all corporate policies and procedures are administered and followed by all staff.
