Job summary

Hertz in St. Louis is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver outstanding service, resolve issues at the counter, and drive guest satisfaction. You will act as the primary NPS liaison, analyze results, and communicate improvements to management.

With 3+ years in customer service and operations, you’ll coach team members, ensure policy adherence, and maintain a hospitable, professional environment for every guest encounter.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated customer service experience with operations and sales exposure.
• Rental car experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and written/oral communication.
• Strong relationship building and leadership abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact resolution and the customer interaction experience at the counter.
• Serve as the primary NPS liaison, communicating performance actions to management.
• Coach staff to understand customer needs and deliver hospitality at every touchpoint.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures by all staff.
