Job summary

The Hertz Corporation is hiring a Part Time Customer Experience Associate in Saint Paul, MN to deliver outstanding service at the counter and resolve issues with hospitality and professionalism.

As the primary NPS liaison, you will monitor feedback, communicate actions to the team, coach staff, and ensure all policies are followed to boost guest satisfaction and retention across this location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Experience in operations and sales
• Rental car experience a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong relationship building and leadership abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Provide first contact resolution and excellent customer service at the counter
• Support Net Promoter Score analysis and action planning
• Coach staff to improve guest satisfaction
