Michaels is seeking team members for a store in Marquette. The role involves helping customers, processing checkout, and supporting in-store operations across truck unload, stocking, and POS activities.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship From Store).
• Stocking, truck unload, planograms (POGs), and merchandise recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Other duties as assigned.
