Seminole Hard Rock Cincinnati seeks a Retail Sales Associate to guide guests through the shopping experience and deliver memorable service in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, handle transactions, and maintain product knowledge and attractive displays.

As part of the team, you will build guest relations, participate in meetings, and support store operations while upholding casino and gaming regulations. We value enthusiasm and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain licenses/certifications as required by regulations.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Two months of on-the-job training or related experience will suffice.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to choose Hard Rock Cincinnati for gaming entertainment and builds guest relations.
• Greets guests and answers questions accurately and politely.
• Handles cash and other payments through a point-of-sale system and maintains cash drawer balances.
• Directs guests to different areas of the property and assists with signups.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and informs guests of features and benefits.
• Maintains a clean and organized store and stocks inventory.
• Displays retail products following visual display standards.
• Performs opening/closing duties and other side tasks as assigned.
