Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phone skills using multiple lines; strong interpersonal communication.
• CPR and First Aid required within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide cheerful customer service.
• Open/close the building as scheduled and assist with cleaning duties.
• Verify memberships and register memberships/programs.
• Give tours to prospective members and facilitate program enrollment.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility and report issues.
