Job summary

A leading car wash service provider seeks a Customer Service Advisor who will be the first contact for customers. The role includes greeting customers, understanding their needs, educating them on services, and promoting memberships. This position requires standing for long periods and interaction with customers outdoors in various conditions. Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities
