CONCORD CRABTREE, INC is seeking a Front Office Manager in Raleigh, NC to oversee the front desk, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards across hotel operations. You will lead staff, train teams, and contribute to revenue management while maintaining quality and service excellence.

The role includes managing HR tasks, producing financial reports, and collaborating with the General Manager and Sales to drive occupancy and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Front Office Manager experience and ability to manage front desk operations.
• Ability to train staff and ensure guest service standards.
• Experience leading revenue management and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains guest service as the driving philosophy of the hotel.
• Ensures all staff are trained to meet standards.
• Leads revenue management activities and participates in calls with Corporate.
• Produces accurate financial reports on time.
• Collaborates with GM and Sales/DOS to drive sales and rates.
• Manages HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, training and evaluation.
• Maintains hotel objectives and compliance with policies.
• Supervises quality audits and preventive maintenance.
• Inspects rooms and property for upkeep.
