Oversee all aspects of the resort, manage owner and community relationships, and position the property for growth in the Santa Barbara market. This role requires luxury-hospitality experience, strong commercial acumen, and a proven leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ General Manager experience at a property with revenue of $30M+.
• Strong financial oversight, revenue optimization, and profitability focus.
• Proven leadership with talent development, retention, and team engagement.
• Experience building community partnerships and trusted Santa Barbara presence.
• Experience managing owner relations and stakeholder partnerships.
