Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure that all property equipment functions properly and guest areas remain in pristine condition. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and daily housekeeping support as described in the Green Shield Binder and by management.

Responsibilities include responding to guest requests, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with vendors when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to use basic tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Read and follow safety procedures and standardized work orders.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance as outlined in schedules.
• Respond to guest and team requests with timely follow-through.
• Repair and troubleshoot equipment and facilities to keep property in good condition.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas and logs of inspections and work orders.
