Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Lot Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality and accurate revenue reporting at our Portland, ME site. You will greet guests, assist with directions, and stack or retrieve vehicles while adhering to Towne Park policies.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a valid license, and basic English skills. Prior cash handling and basic math are pluses; training is provided. This is a full/part-time on-site position with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
1–3 months related experience and/or training.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be able to read and write English.
Must be able to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking.
Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.

Responsibilities

Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, location staff and co-workers.
Maintains accuracy and composure while under pressure; uses proper Towne Park phone etiquette.
Provides information about surrounding area and attractions; protects guest confidentiality.
Stacks vehicles when necessary and secures keys.
Collects and reconciles revenue; operates register, gate, POS and card machines.
Produces guest vehicle inventory for billing purposes.
