Job summary

The Lot Attendant at Towne Park is responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports while providing exceptional hospitality services to all guests during their stay. The Lot Attendant, when required, is also responsible for properly parking and retrieving guest vehicles while upholding Towne Park's standards and policies.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Knowledge of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly service.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries.
• Secure keys and manage stacked vehicles.
• Accurately collect and reconcile revenue.
• Maintain parking area and uphold policies.
• Record shift reports and car inventory for billing.
