Towne Park is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality while accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports. You will greet guests, guide them, and ensure secure handling of keys and vehicles during shifts.

Responsibilities include stacking vehicles per Towne Park standards, providing timely service, and maintaining accurate shift documentation. The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions and attention to parking policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain professional demeanor.
• Provide directions and answer inquiries for guests.
• Stack and retrieve vehicles; secure keys and drive vehicles gently.
• Accurately collect and reconcile revenue; complete shift reports.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and follow privacy guidelines.
