Job summary

Thrillz High Flying Adventure Park in King of Prussia, PA seeks a dynamic Supervisor to lead Team Members on shift, support Managers, and ensure guest experiences are exceptional.

The role focuses on coaching, safety enforcement, and hands-on leadership to deliver smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will develop others, maintain standards, and drive a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, attractions, entertainment, retail, or food service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Calm under pressure; reliable and organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support Team Members during each shift.
• Serve as primary contact for frontline staff in daily operations.
• Coach employees to uphold standards and improve performance.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new Team Members.
• Foster a positive, energetic, team-oriented culture.
• Recognize performance and address concerns professionally.
• Train and mentor new Team Members to ensure consistency.
• Conduct hands-on training across attractions, guest service, safety procedures, and operations.
• Ensure guest experiences are friendly, enthusiastic, and professional.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and escalate when needed.
• Monitor guest flow and address bottlenecks.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety compliance throughout the facility.
• Open, close, and manage daily operations; adjust staffing as needed.
• Enforce park rules and safety procedures; respond to incidents.
