Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations, drive-thru efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and PA completions for staff.
• Prepare weekly forecasts, schedules, and inventory in Zenput.
• Monitor service metrics and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Communicate with production and management to resolve issues.
