Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, products, and promotions, and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations: check-ins/outs, reservations, calls, cash handling, and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, professional center appearance.
• Be a model for peers, leading others to their full potential.
