Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group in San Jose, CA is seeking a guest service focused associate to drive sales in a hands-on, in-person role at 567 Coleman Ave. You will greet guests, promote services, handle check-ins and cash, and help train newer team members.

The position requires strong sales skills, leadership and excellent communication, with availability for evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
