• 1 year people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members and create an inclusive culture.
• Directly manage guest experience on the floor and resolve escalations while coaching the team.
• Partner with Store Manager on hiring, training, and performance management.
• Review business data and store performance to plan staffing and scheduling.
• Open and close the store following procedures and maintain safety policies.
• Oversee budget and labor hour allocations as delegated by the Store Manager.
