lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for a 3-month contract at our Texas store. You will lead on-floor guest interactions, delivering technical product education and driving daily sales targets with the store leadership team.

You will mentor team members, participate in hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty when needed, ensuring an inclusive, high-energy guest experience that aligns with our brand values.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Aufgaben

• Lead the lululemon guest experience framework on the floor to provide an exceptional and inclusive customer experience.
• Assess guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives knowledge on products.
• Move dynamically as Supervisor on Duty to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Prepare store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout shifts.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily data and metrics to track sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring: recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members to support learning and development.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and positive team interactions
