Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field; 5+ years hospitality experience.
• 3+ years of progressive people leadership with front-line teams.
• Experience managing operations at large resort/casino hotel with 500+ rooms.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets including cash revenues.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Front Office and Resort Services operations to ensure guest experience and efficiency.
• Maximize room revenue and profitability, meet revenue goals, and manage expenses.
• Oversee 750+ room property operations with continuous occupancy cycles and labor planning.
• Develop standards, monitor guest flow, service delivery, and compliance with policies.
