Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Manager on Duty (MOD) to lead department-level restaurant operations and model Fork in the Road Core Values. You will focus on guest experiences, coach staff, and drive financial results while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.

The MOD will oversee daily operations, coordinate with vendors, and develop a high-performing team committed to experiential dining and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1+ years of management or supervisory experience in restaurant or related field.
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred.
• ServSafe and local/state certifications or ability to obtain.
• English communication skills (verbal and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations to deliver consistent outcomes.
• Develop and maintain guest relationships for exceptional dining experiences.
• Coach staff to deliver superior guest service and resolve issues.
• Address guest comments and complaints promptly.
• Achieve restaurant financial goals for the department.
• Communicate performance improvements to the team to meet plans.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee maintenance and repairs of the facility.
• Ensure beverage and food quality, inventory, temperatures, and presentation.
