Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment in Denver, CO is seeking a Manager, Guest Experience to help lead the Guest Experience Department across venues. You will assist in training, scheduling, and engaging part-time staff, while elevating guest experiences through the Memorable Moments program and staff recognition initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, sports management, business administration or other related field, required.
• 1+ years of management/staff oversight experience.
• Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience required; excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Respond to the Guest Experience phone lines and email accounts.
• Interview, hire, train, and review Guest Experience event staff; monitor staff performance.
• Schedule department staff for events and communicate schedules.
• Assist with event planning and coordination of staff appreciation events and recognition.
• Write and distribute communication materials to engage staff and communicate standards.
• Manage guest feedback and evaluation to monitor vendor partners and staff performance.
• Represent Guest Experience department as Manager on Duty for events at Ball Arena, DICK’S Sporting Goods Park and Paramount Theatre.
• Oversee venue Lost & Found process and staff recognition efforts.
