Job summary

Sentral is seeking an Experience Manager to deliver five-star guest service onsite at our Denver property. You will greet guests, manage stays, and support residents with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

You will lead the Experience Team and coordinate guest events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. The role requires a growth mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and strong communication with cross-functional teams, including Technology and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred.
• Experience in hospitality (hotels and resorts, private luxury clubs, travel management, etc.).
• Strong customer service track record demonstrating care for guests under stress.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards and procedures; ensure five-star service.
• Manage guest and resident information per privacy and policy guidelines.
• Organize guest stays to ensure thorough service throughout the stay.
• Lead the Experience Team and coach for excellent reviews.
• Plan and oversee resident and guest events with marketing support.
• Coordinate with property team on training and readiness for guests.
• Oversee guest experiences from arrivals to departures and post-stay touches.
• Collaborate with technology to implement onsite hospitality tech.
