Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is seeking a Manager, Guest Experience for Ball Arena in Denver. This role supports the Guest Experience Department, overseeing part-time staff trainings, communications, and guest feedback while helping drive the Memorable Moments program across venues.

You will manage event staff, schedule teams for events, and act as Manager on Duty, ensuring high guest satisfaction and smooth operations during games and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, sports management, business administration or related field required.
• 1+ years of management/staff oversight experience.
• Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience with conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with replying to Guest Experience phone lines and emails.
• Hire, train, and review Guest Experience event staff; monitor performance.
• Schedule department staff for events and inform of schedules.
• Coordinate employee appreciation events and staff recognition efforts.
• Create and distribute communications to keep staff informed of standards.
• Manage guest feedback and evaluate vendor/ event staff performance.
• Represent Guest Experience as Manager on Duty for events at Ball Arena, DICK’S Sporting Goods Park and Paramount Theatre.
