Hyatt Regency Bellevue seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead the Front Office team, delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. This role focuses on coaching colleagues, overseeing daily operations, and solving issues quickly in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The position requires at least one year of Front Office experience and preferred supervisory background. The hourly rate starts at $29.90, with comprehensive Hyatt benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hotel Front Office experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with Opera PMS, Reserve, HotSOS, or similar hotel systems preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest service during each shift.
• Assist guests with arrivals, departures, room assignments, and special requests.
• Respond to guest concerns with professionalism while leading service recovery efforts.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Concierge and others to manage operations.
