Job summary

RAM Hotels in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our Guest Services team and ensure every guest experiences outstanding hospitality.

This role oversees front desk operations, responds to guest requests, and collaborates with housekeeping and management to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for creating welcoming experiences.

Qualifications

• High-school graduate or equivalent with 3 years of work-related experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Data Entry, Database Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Guest Services and Front Office operate in a friendly, efficient manner to maximize revenue.
• Operate front desk systems, report generation, and basic PBX duties; cover other roles when needed.
• Manage large turn days, check-ins/outs, and cash handling; monitor occupancy and billing.
• Develop and maintain a Guest Relations Program; be familiar with brand procedures.
• Ensure messages, packages, and mail are delivered professionally and timely; support safety programs.
