JL Hospitality Management in Anchorage, Alaska seeks a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team, delivering welcoming, efficient service from arrival to departure. This role will manage front desk operations, reservations, scheduling, and guest satisfaction while coaching staff to uphold brand standards.

You will collaborate with other departments to maximize occupancy, ensure accurate billing, and maintain high guest loyalty through proactive leadership and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Front Office leadership and supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong guest service focus and service recovery skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a Front Desk team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office and Front Desk.
• Ensure check-in, check-out, reservations, guest requests, and Front Desk transactions are accurate and efficient.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence during high-volume periods.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, occupancy, room availability, and service scores.
• Coach Front Desk staff to resolve guest concerns per established guidelines.
• Ensure cash handling, billing, and Front Desk procedures are followed.
