Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served and handle customer incidents to maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor line operations, breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Support crew training, performance reviews, and development of future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and ensure office supplies are available.
• Maintain clean, organized service area and properly functioning equipment.
• Oversee daily food safety checks and adherence to policies.
